Worth the

Weight

A monthly membership where you will learn how to nourish your body, build confidence and love the skin you're in.

Imagine If..

You wake up.

Put on your favorite outfit or the outfit that used to be your favorite and notice it's a little tight around the middle.

You look in the mirror and wonder what has happened to you. You think, "How could you have let this happen?"

...the next thing you know you are in the kitchen pulling out that strawberry frosted donut you hid from your kids.

This didn't happen overnight. It happened over time. You have been neglecting yourself for awhile because you've been taking care of everyone else.

And, because you were so focused on everyone else, you never really learned how to nourish yourself. Instead, you focused on a calorie deficit, cutting back on the foods you love, and sticking to a diet that never allowed you to eat carbohydrates.

About Me..

I struggled with not feeling good about my body and eating my emotions my whole life.

In fact, about 7 years ago, I was tired, sad, felt horrible in my body, and hated the way I looked. I was exhausted, felt hopeless and thought, "Is this the way my life is supposed to be?"

I actually started eating my feelings around the age of 13 when my mom died. But I do believe that we are taught even at a young age that if we are upset, sad, or even happy, the only way to make it go away is to eat our feelings or the only way to reward ourselves.

I decided that there was more to life than feeling like crap.

And I want that for you.
